I am a PhD candidate under the supervision of Prof. Sili Deng in the department of mechanical engineering. My PhD work tackles the current challanges in the design process of energetic materials such as less interpretable combustion performance obtained from experiments and high reliance of material design on experiments. I am developing inverse models which infer chemical kinetics and material properties from simple and high-throughput experiments via sensitivity analysis and Bayesian inference.
I am boardly interested in thermal-fluids modeling, inverse modeling and uncertainty quantification, and multi-scale imaging techniques for energy applications and reacting flow dynamics. Please contact me if you find someting interesting in my research.
